Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery via our Contact Form / Email.
Note: Items showing signs of wear, perfume scent, tampering, or without tags will not be accepted.
Return Process
- 1. Contact our support team with order number & reason for return.
- 2. Our team will provide return instructions and return shipping address.
- 3. Customer ships back the product — return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
- 4. Once received and inspected, refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
